1:1 Sessions

II work with people on a 1:1 basis in blocks of either 6 or 8 weeks

There are 3 options:

1. LOTUS SESSIONS:
Mentoring for yoga teachers/spaceholders seeking to develop a personal practice, hone in on intentions and explore blocks/blind spots in their own lives. Some of the benefits of this are accountability for and guidance on personal practice, as well as weekly check-ins where I use tailored meditation practices and processes to continue working through the layers of awareness that can unfold as we commit to regular sadhana (practice) and devote ourselves to the path of self-discovery. 

2. VOICE WORK

Private online sessions to work on strengthening vocal resonance, confidence and tone. I use a combination of breath-oriented practices (pranayama and yogic breath-training techniques) and guided meditation to process through blocks and/or personal limitations around singing and using the voice. These sessions are more than just 'singing lessons' - think of them as voice-oriented mentoring, where time & space is given to your personal areas of inner work just as much as vocal practice.

3. HARMONIUM/MANTRA SESSIONS

Work together over the course of 6 or 8 weeks to develop a firm grasp and understanding of the basics of harmonium. We work with basic scale practices (Indian sargam), chord techniques and base the sessions around some common  mantras - typically we work with one for a few weeks until it feels easeful, then we expand on that and build on our repertoire of mantras. These sessions are great if you want to begin working with mantra and including harmonium in your own personal practice/classes.

  • You’re a keen practitioner of yoga, or interested in exploring self-healing & mentoring from a Yogic perspective

  • You are curious about cultivating a lifestyle informed by the teachings of yoga

  • You are a yoga teacher - you have completed a 200-hour training, but feel the need for a little extra support and clarity as you begin to share these practices

  • You are interested in developing a practice of meditation, mantra or both, and require guidance/accountability /support along the way
